Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the accommodation services offered by Villa Taradis, a guest house located at 1091 Route des Bertrand 83460 Taradeau France.

Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit and written email confirmation from Villa Taradis. The balance is due upon arrival or as specified in the confirmation.

3. Rates

Rates are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and include continental breakfast. Rates vary by season and room type.

Tourist tax: A tourist tax per person per night applies in accordance with local regulations. The amount will be communicated at booking and is payable on site.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Code (Article L. 221-28), accommodation services provided on a specific date do not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before arrival: free cancellation, full deposit refund
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: deposit is non-refundable
• No-show: full stay amount is due

Cancellations must be notified by email to contact@villataradis.com.

6. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

7. House Rules

• Adults only (18+)
• No pets
• No smoking in all rooms and common areas
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute, you may use the free consumer mediation service. European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
